I purchased my first few pairs of stance in 2015. They style, design + quality was bang on.
But I have since purchased / ordered close to 100 pairs of Stance socks over the years. And the quality and longevity have both suffered. Some pairs might only last 3 wears before a hole appears. This is unacceptable at the price point Stance charge. I’m no longer a fan and would no recommend this brand.
Website is ok. It’s not to great to navigate. I’ve been a subscriber to their monthly underwear delivery for some time now. Their products are incredible. I love the fabric of their socks and tshirts. Their butterblend underwear is better than anything that has ever caressed my buttocks. I wish they had a tshirt subscription just like their socks and undies because I would get on that ASAP.
Their products are good and my boyfriend lives them but their customer service is abysmal. I reached out to them due to an issue with their website preventing me from purchasing items (along with many other UX issues such as incorrect searches and basket resets) they told me to message them directly and have continuously read but never responded back. Its been months. I went elsewhere to get underwear instead since Christmas came and went.

I've been a fan of stance for a couple of years so I ordered some stuff in November but I haven't received the items yet.
2 orders, made on different days, but never delivered. They were supposed to be delivered in 5-9 days. So I contacted customer service, they answered me back just a couple of times and then nothing, they haven't responded to my emails or phone calls.

I know for a fact that their products are good and that's why I ordered them for my son's birthday. But the ordering process is insane. I had to make two separate purchases to give my son both socks and underwear for his birthday. On his birthday he only received one of the gift emails. When I wrote to ask about it, it was the weekend so they weren't working. I had to follow up on Tuesday because I never heard back. When I finally did they said that they can only send one subscription per email address so if my son is to receive his second gift he will need to create a new email address. They don't have phone service so all communication is by text or email. It is difficult to fathom that you can't order two separate subscription items using the same email address. I mean if you had to create a new email address every time you used Amazon???? Makes NO SENSE. They refunded one of the orders. And I have to say that the people texting back and forth are polite and helpful but there's nothing they can do about the unsophisticated technology.
I bought some socks from the Stance website as presents for my family. I knew they'd be excellent quality because I bought my first pair of Stance socks in October 2015. That same pair is still going strong! As are all the subsequent pairs I bought.
They also sent me a free pair which was very kind!

Great socks, bad return policy and quite unfriendly support (probably due to internal policy on returns, not personal fault).
Having no free return option with such premium prices is just a nonsense those days. In fairness it is stated on the website that there are no free returns. But I wouldn't even consider that in 2020 well respected companies will charge for return shipping, so I didn't read that (my bad).
Spent a few hundreds on their product. They lost me as a customer. Will not recommend to friends either.
Worst costumer service Ever! I have over 25 pair of Stance socks and the socks are really great. I always purchase light thickness, however the last package that arrived where very thick and uncomfortable, although it said 'light' on the website. I reached out to costumer service and Fleur, the one who responded was like nope, you'll pay for it.
I explained why I thought it was not fair because the socks are not 'light thickness' at all, but again: you will pay for the return, thanks!
I'll pay for the return, but they just lost a costumer that spend hundreds of euro's on socks, and would be in the future.

Really great customer service - I had an issue with an order and Stance customer service was super helpful and friendly. Went beyond their way to get it right. Products are also great!
